Wrestling Wildebeasts Wednesday

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Grandma's house today!  The boy cousins just played and played and played.  The baby wrestling match was one of the funniest things I have ever seen.  My little Turkey Feathers let Monkey win.  I'm sure that was his birthday gift to him.

Teething Toddler Tuesday - AKA Valentine's Day

Oh man, teething children are the PITS!  I am exhausted.  Some how we worked through it and made to the library and even managed to do a couple of Valentine's crafts.  Abe the Babe and I whipped out some pink paper, red finger paint, and red markers and made some sweet hand-print hearts and crazy baby drawings.  It was fun, short-lived fun, but fun.  He was very proud to show off the one he made for his pop.  Happy Valentine's Day! 

Weekly Meal Plan #2

My meal plan challenge worked out really well last week.  I had to make a few adjustments a night or two, but overall having a plan made the end of the day much easier.  It's nice knowing you have all the ingredients for the week and not having to make surprise grocery store trips.

Monday:

Au gratin Potatoes, Fried Green Beans, Candied Carrots, and Crescent Rolls

Tuesday:

Dinner at the sister's house for (N)'s actual 1st B-day

Wednesday:
Chili and Cornbread

Thursday:

Fried Pork Chops, Black-Eyed Peas, and Kale

Friday:

Chili Cheese Dogs and Baked Home Fries

Saturday:

I'm hoping for a dinner date with my boys

Sunday:

Spaghetti and Garlic Toast
