Weekly Meal Plan #2

My meal plan challenge worked out really well last week.  I had to make a few adjustments a night or two, but overall having a plan made the end of the day much easier.  It's nice knowing you have all the ingredients for the week and not having to make surprise grocery store trips.

Monday:
Au gratin Potatoes, Fried Green Beans, Candied Carrots, and Crescent Rolls
Tuesday:
Dinner at the sister's house for (N)'s actual 1st B-day
Wednesday:
Chili and Cornbread
Thursday:
Fried Pork Chops, Black-Eyed Peas, and Kale
Friday:
Chili Cheese Dogs and Baked Home Fries
Saturday:
I'm hoping for a dinner date with my boys
Sunday:
Spaghetti and Garlic Toast
